Assessment Blueprint Architecture

The intermediate contract connecting competencies to the final candidate assessment.

Assessment Blueprint Architecture

The Assessment Blueprint acts as the crucial intermediate layer. It guarantees that the AI does not hallucinate the assessment and provides a strict, human-reviewable contract before any questions are presented to the candidate.

Human-in-the-Loop Validation

Before the Assessment Generation phase begins, the Blueprint is presented in the Assessment Studio.

Recruiters and hiring managers must explicitly approve or modify the Blueprint. The UI allows them to tweak difficulty weights, adjust time limits, and add custom internal question banks alongside the AI-generated questions.
